Jay P. Green's Literal Translation 1993

103:1Of David. Bless Jehovah, O my soul; and all within me, bless His holy name.
103:2Bless Jehovah, O my soul, and forget not all His rewards;
103:3who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases;
103:4who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with kindness and tender mercies;
103:5who satisfies your desire with good; your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
103:6Jehovah works righteousness and judgments for all the oppressed.
103:7He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the sons of Israel.
103:8Jehovah is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and of much mercy.
103:9He will not always chasten, nor will He keep His anger forever.
103:10He has not done to us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
103:11For as the heavens are above the earth, so is His mercy mighty over those who fear Him.
103:12As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.
103:13As the pity of a father over his sons, so Jehovah pities those who fear Him.
103:14For He knows how we are made, remembering that we are dust.
103:15As for man, his days are as grass; as the flower of the field, so he flourishes.
103:16For the wind passes over it, and it is not; and its place never knows it again.
103:17But the mercy of Jehovah is from everlasting, even to everlasting, on those who fear Him; yea, His righteousness is to the sons of sons;
103:18to those who keep His covenant, and to those who remember His commandments, to do them.
103:19Jehovah has prepared His throne in Heaven; and His kingdom rules over all.
103:20Bless Jehovah, O angels of His; mighty in strength; doing His word; listening to the voice of His word.
103:21Bless Jehovah, all His hosts, ministers of His, doing His will.
103:22Bless Jehovah, all His works in all the places of His dominion; bless Jehovah, O my soul.

Green's Literal Translation 1993

Green's Literal Translation (Literal Translation of the Holy Bible - LITV), is a translation of the Bible by Jay P. Green, Sr., first published in 1985. The LITV takes a literal, formal equivalence approach to translation. The Masoretic Text is used as the Hebrew basis for the Old Testament, and the Textus Receptus is used as the Greek basis for the New Testament.
