Jay P. Green's Literal Translation 1993

124:1A Song of Ascents, of David. Except that it was Jehovah who was for us, O may Israel say;
124:2except that it was Jehovah who was for us when men rose up against us,
124:3then they would have swallowed us alive, when their anger glowed against us.
124:4Then the waters would have flowed over us; the torrent would have covered our soul;
124:5then the raging waters would have passed over our soul.
124:6Blessed be Jehovah, who did not give us as a prey to their teeth.
124:7Our soul has escaped like a bird out of the fowlers' snare; the snare is broken, and we have escaped.
124:8Our help is in the name of Jehovah, the Maker of the heavens and earth.

Green's Literal Translation 1993

Green's Literal Translation (Literal Translation of the Holy Bible - LITV), is a translation of the Bible by Jay P. Green, Sr., first published in 1985. The LITV takes a literal, formal equivalence approach to translation. The Masoretic Text is used as the Hebrew basis for the Old Testament, and the Textus Receptus is used as the Greek basis for the New Testament.
