113:1Praise ye Jah! Praise, ye servants of Jehovah. Praise the name of Jehovah.
113:2The name of Jehovah is blessed, From henceforth, and unto the age.
113:3From the rising of the sun unto its going in, Praised `is' the name of Jehovah.
113:4High above all nations `is' Jehovah, Above the heavens `is' his honour.
113:5Who `is' as Jehovah our God, He is exalting `Himself' to sit?
113:6He is humbling `Himself' to look On the heavens and on the earth.
113:7He is raising up from the dust the poor, From a dunghill He exalteth the needy.
113:8To cause to sit with princes, With the princes of His people.
113:9Causing the barren one of the house to sit, A joyful mother of sons; praise ye Jah!

Young's Literal Translation 1862

Young's Literal Translation is a translation of the Bible into English, published in 1862. The translation was made by Robert Young, compiler of Young's Analytical Concordance to the Bible and Concise Critical Comments on the New Testament. Young used the Textus Receptus and the Majority Text as the basis for his translation. He wrote in the preface to the first edition, "It has been no part of the Translator's plan to attempt to form a New Hebrew or Greek Text--he has therefore somewhat rigidly adhered to the received ones."
