Jay P. Green's Literal Translation 1993

125:1A Song of Ascents. They who trust in Jehovah shall be like Mount Zion; it is not shaken; it remains forever.
125:2The mountains are all around Jerusalem; and Jehovah is all around His people, from this time and forever.
125:3For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest on the lot of the righteous; that the righteous not put forth their hands to evil.
125:4Do good, O Jehovah, to the good, and to the upright in their heart.
125:5And those who turn aside to their crooked ways, Jehovah shall lead them with the evildoers. Peace be upon Israel.

Green's Literal Translation 1993

Green's Literal Translation (Literal Translation of the Holy Bible - LITV), is a translation of the Bible by Jay P. Green, Sr., first published in 1985. The LITV takes a literal, formal equivalence approach to translation. The Masoretic Text is used as the Hebrew basis for the Old Testament, and the Textus Receptus is used as the Greek basis for the New Testament.
