Textus Receptus Bibles

Jay P. Green's Literal Translation 1993

43:1Judge me, O God, and strive for my cause against a nation not godly. Deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.
43:2For You are the God of my strength. Why have You cast me off? Why do I go mourning when the enemy oppresses?
43:3Oh send out Your light and Your truth; let them lead me and bring me to the mount of Your holiness and to Your tabernacles.
43:4Then I will go to the altar of God, to God, the joy of my delight, and I will thank with the lyre, O God, my God.
43:5Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why do you moan within me? Hope in God, for I will still thank Him, the salvations of my face, and my God.

Green's Literal Translation 1993

Green's Literal Translation (Literal Translation of the Holy Bible - LITV), is a translation of the Bible by Jay P. Green, Sr., first published in 1985. The LITV takes a literal, formal equivalence approach to translation. The Masoretic Text is used as the Hebrew basis for the Old Testament, and the Textus Receptus is used as the Greek basis for the New Testament.
