Philippians - Chapter: 4

4:1Therefore, my brethren, dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved.
4:2I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord.
4:3And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.
4:4Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
4:5Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
4:6Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
4:7And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
4:8Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
4:9Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
4:10But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.
4:11Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
4:12I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
4:13I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
4:14Notwithstanding ye have well done, that ye did communicate with my affliction.
4:15Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.
4:16For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.
4:17Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.
4:18But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.
4:19But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
4:20Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
4:21Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren which are with me greet you.
4:22All the saints salute you, chiefly they that are of Caesar's household.
4:23The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
It was written to the Philippians from Rome by Epaphroditus.

4:1Therefore, my brethre, beloued and longed for, my ioy and my crowne, so continue in the Lord, yee beloued.
4:2I pray Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of one accord in the Lord,
4:3Yea, and I beseech thee, faithfull yokefellow, helpe those women, which laboured with me in the Gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowe labourers, whose names are in the booke of life.
4:4Reioyce in the Lord alway, againe I say, reioyce.
4:5Let your patient minde be knowen vnto all men. The Lord is at hand.
4:6Be nothing carefull, but in all thinges let your requestes be shewed vnto God in praier, and supplication with giuing of thankes.
4:7And the peace of God which passeth all vnderstanding, shall preserue your heartes and mindes in Christ Iesus.
4:8Furthermore, brethre, whatsoeuer things are true, whatsoeuer things are honest, whatsoeuer thinges are iust, whatsoeuer thinges are pure, whatsoeuer thinges are worthie loue, whatsoeuer things are of good report, if there be any vertue, or if there be any praise, thinke on these things,
4:9Which yee haue both learned and receiued, and heard, and seene in mee: those things doe, and the God of peace shalbe with you.
4:10Nowe I reioyce also in the Lord greatly, that nowe at the last your care for mee springeth afresh, wherein notwithstanding ye were careful, but yee lacked opportunitie.
4:11I speake not because of want: for I haue learned in whatsoeuer state I am, therewith to bee content.
4:12And I can be abased, and I can abounde: euery where in all things I am instructed, both to be full, and to be hungrie, and to abounde, and to haue want.
4:13I am able to do al things through the helpe of Christ, which strengtheneth me.
4:14Notwithstanding yee haue well done, that yee did communicate to mine affliction.
4:15And yee Philippians knowe also that in the beginning of the Gospell, when I departed from Macedonia, no Church communicated with me, concerning the matter of giuing and receiuing, but yee onely.
4:16For euen when I was in Thessalonica, yee sent once, and afterward againe for my necessitie,
4:17Not that I desire a gift: but I desire the fruit which may further your reckoning.
4:18Now I haue receiued all, and haue plentie: I was euen filled, after that I had receiued of Epaphroditus that which came from you, an odour that smellleth sweete, a sacrifice acceptable and pleasant to God.
4:19And my God shall fulfill all your necessities through his riches with glorie in Iesus Christ.
4:20Vnto God euen our Father be praise for euermore, Amen.
4:21Salute all the Saintes in Christ Iesus. The brethren, which are with me, greete you.
4:22All the Saintes salute you, and most of all they which are of Cesars houshold.
4:23The grace of our Lord Iesus Christ be with you all, Amen.

4:1Herfore my brethren dearly beloved and longed for my ioye and croune so continue in the lorde ye beloved.
4:2I praye Evodias and beseche Sintiches that they be of one accorde in the lorde.
4:3Yee and I beseche the faythfull yockfelowe helpe the wemen which labored with me in the gospell and with Clement also and with other my labour felowes whose names are in the boke of lyfe.
4:4Reioyce in the Lorde alwaye and agayne I saye reioyce.
4:5Let youre softenes be knowen vnto all men. The lorde is even at honde.
4:6Be not carfull: but in all thynges shewe youre peticion vnto god in prayer and suplicacion wt gevynge of thankes.
4:7And the peace of god which passeth all vnderstondinge kepe youre hertes and myndes in christ Iesu.
4:8Furthermore brethren whatsoever thinges are true whatsoever thynges are honest what soever thynges are iust whatsoever thynges are pure whatsoever thynges pertayne to love whatsoever thynges are of honest reporte: yf ther be eny verteous thynge yf there be eny laudable thynge
4:9those same have ye in youre mynde which ye have both learned and receaved herde and also sene in me: those thynges do and the god of peace shalbe with you.
4:10I reioyse in the lorde greatly that now at the last ye are revived agayne to care for me in yt wherein ye were also carefull but ye lacked oportunite.
4:11I speake not because of necessitie. For I have learned in whatsoever estate I am therewith to be content.
4:12I can both cast doune my silfe I can also excede. Every where and in all thynges I am instructed both to be full and to be hongry: to have plenty and to suffre nede.
4:13I can do all thynges thorow the helpe of Christ which strengtheth me.
4:14Not wistondynge ye have well done that ye bare parte with me in my tribvlacion.
4:15Ye of Philippos knowe that in the begynnynge of the gospell when I departed from Macedonia no congregacion bare parte with me as concernynge gevynge and receavynge but ye only.
4:16For when I was in Tessalonica ye sent once and afterwarde agayne vnto my nedes:
4:17not that I desyre gyftes: but I desyre aboudant frute on youre parte.
4:18I receaved all and have plentie. I was even filled after that I had receaved of Epaphroditus that which came from you an odour that smelleth swete a sacrifice accepted and plesaunt to God.
4:19My god fulfill all youre nedes thorow his glorious riches in Iesu Christ.
4:20Vnto God and oure father be prayse for ever more. Amen.
4:21Salute all the sainctes in Christ Iesu. The brethren which are with me grete you.
