Romans - Chapter: 6

>
6:1What shall we saye then? Shal we continue in synne, that there maye be aboundaunce of grace?
6:2God forbide. How shal we that are deade as touchynge synne, lyue any lenger therin?
6:3Remembre ye not that al we which are baptised in the name of Iesus Christe, are baptised to dye wyth hym?
6:4We are buried wyth hym by baptisme, for to dye that lykewyse as Christe was raysed vp from death by the glorye of the father: euen so we also shoulde walke in a newe lyfe.
6:5For yf we be grafted in deathe lyke vnto hym: euen so muste we be in the resurrection.
6:6Thys we muste remember, that oure olde man is crucified wyth hym also, that the bodye of synne myght vtterlye be destroyed, that hence forthe we should not be seruauntes of synne.
6:7For he that is dead is iustifyed from synne.
6:8Wherefore yf we be deade wyth Christe, we beleue that we shall lyue with hym:
6:9remembrynge that Christe ones raysed from death, dieth no more, death hath nomore power ouer hym.
6:10For as touchynge that he dyed, he died concernynge synne, ones. And as touchinge that he liueth, he liueth vnto God.
6:11Lyke wyse ymagyne ye also, that ye are dead concernynge synne: but are a lyue vnto God thorowe Iesus Christe oure Lorde.
6:12Lette not synne reygne therefore in youre mortall bodyes, that ye shoulde thereunto obey in the lustes of yt.
6:13Neyther geue ye youre members as instrumentes of vnrightuousnes vnto sinne: but geue yourselues vnto god, as they that are aliue from death. And geue your membres as instrumentes of ryghtuousnes vnto God,
6:14Let not synne haue power ouer you. For ye are not vnder the lawe, but vnder grace.
6:15What then? Shall we synne, because we are not vnder the lawe: but vnder grace? God forbyd.
6:16Remember ye not howe that to whomsoeuer ye commit your selues as seruauntes to obey, hys seruauntes ye are to whom ye obey: whether it be of synne vnto death, or of obedience vnto rightuousnes?
6:17God be thanked that though ye were ones the seruauntes of synne ye haue yet obeyed with herte vnto the forme of doctrine wherunto ye were delyuered.
6:18Ye are then made fre from sinne, & are become the seruauntes of rightuousnes.
6:19I will speake grossely because of the infirmitie of youre fleshe. As ye haue geuen your members seruauntes to vnclennes and to iniquitie: from iniquitie vnto iniquitie: euen so now geue your membres seruauntes vnto rightuousnes, that ye may be sanctifyed.
6:20For when ye were the seruauntes of synne, ye were not vnder rightuousnes.
6:21What fruit had ye then in those thynges, where of ye are nowe ashamed. For the ende of those thynges is deathe.
6:22But nowe are ye deliuered from synne, and made the seruauntes of God, and haue youre fruyte that ye shoulde be sanctified, & the ende euerlastynge lyfe.
6:23For the rewarde of sinne is death: but eternal lyfe is the gyfte of God, thorow Iesus Christ oure Lorde.

6:1What shall we saye then? Shall we contynue in synne, that there maye be aboundance of grace?
6:2God forbyd. How shall we that are deed as touchyng synne, lyue eny lenger therin?
6:3Knowe ye not that all we whych are baptysed into Iesu Christe are baptysed to dye wyth him?
6:4We are buryed then with him by baptyme, for to dye: that lyke wyse as Christ was raysed vp from deeth by the glorye of the father, euen so we also shulde walke in a newe lyfe.
6:5For yf we be graft in deeth lyke vnto hym: euen so shall we be partakers of the resurreccyon:
6:6knowyng thys, that oure olde man is crucifyed with hym also, that the body of sinne myght vtterly be destroyed, that hence forth we shuld not be seruauntes vnto synne.
6:7For he that is deed, is iustifyed from synne.
6:8Wherefore yf we be deed wt Christ, we beleue, that we shall also lyue with hym:
6:9knowyng, that Christ beyng raysed from deeth, dyeth nomore. Deeth hath nomore power ouer hym.
6:10For as touchynge that he dyed, he dyed concernynge synne once. And as touchynge that he lyueth, he lyueth vnto God.
6:11Lykewyse consydre ye also, that ye are deed as touchyng synne, but are alyue vnto God thorow Iesus Christ oure Lorde
6:12Let not synne raygne therfore in youre mortall bodye, that ye shulde ther vnto obey by the lustes of it.
6:13Nether geue ye youre membres as instrumentes of vnryghtewesnes vnto synne: but geue ouer your selues vnto God as they that of deed, are alyue. And geue ouer youre members as instrumentes of ryghtewesnes vnto God.
6:14For synne shall not haue power ouer you. Because ye are not vnder the lawe, but vnder grace.
6:15What then? Shall we synne, because we are not vnder the lawe: but vnder grace? God forbyd.
6:16Knowe ye not, how that to whom soeuer ye commit youre selues as seruauntes to obey, hys seruauntes ye are to whom ye obey: whether it be of synne vnto deeth, or of obedience vnto ryghtewesnes?
6:17God be thanked, that though ye were the seruauntes of synne, ye haue yet obeyed with herte vnto the rule of the doctryne, that ye be brought vnto.
6:18Ye are then made fre from synne, and are become the seruauntes of ryghtewesnes.
6:19I speake grosly, because of the infirmytie of youre fleshe. As ye haue geuen youre members seruauntes to vnclennes and to iniquitye, (from one iniquitye to another) euen so now geue ouer youre members seruauntes vnto ryghtewesnes, that ye maye be sanctifyed.
6:20For when ye were the seruauntes of synne, ye were voyde of ryghtewesnes.
6:21What frute had ye then in those thynges, wherof ye are now asshamed. For the ende of those thynges, is deeth.
6:22But now are ye delyuered from synne, & made the seruauntes of God, and haue youre frute to be sanctifyed, and the ende euerlastynge lyfe.
6:23For the rewarde of synne is deeth. but eternall lyfe is the gyfte of God, thorow Iesus Christ oure Lorde.

6:1What shall we say then? Shall we continue still in sinne, that grace may abounde? God forbid.
6:2Howe shall we, that are dead to sinne, liue yet therein?
6:3Knowe ye not, that all we which haue bene baptized into Iesus Christ, haue bene baptized into his death?
6:4We are buried then with him by baptisme into his death, that like as Christ was raysed vp from the dead to the glorie of the Father, so we also should walke in newnesse of life.
6:5For if we be planted with him to the similitude of his death, euen so shall we be to the similitude of his resurrection,
6:6Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sinne might be destroied, that henceforth we should not serue sinne.
6:7For he that is dead, is freed from sinne.
6:8Wherefore, if we bee dead with Christ, we beleeue that we shall liue also with him,
6:9Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead, dieth no more: death hath no more dominion ouer him.
6:10For in that hee died, hee died once to sinne but in that he liueth, he liueth to God.
6:11Likewise thinke ye also, that ye are dead to sin, but are aliue to God in Iesus Christ our Lord.
6:12Let not sinne reigne therefore in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in ye lusts therof:
6:13Neither giue ye your members, as weapons of vnrighteousnes vnto sinne: but giue your selues vnto God, as they that are aliue from the dead, and giue your members as weapons of righteousnesse vnto God.
6:14For sinne shall not haue dominion ouer you: for ye are not vnder ye Lawe, but vnder grace.
6:15What then? shall we sinne, because we are not vnder the Law, but vnder grace? God forbid.
6:16Knowe ye not, that to whomsoeuer yee giue your selues as seruats to obey, his seruants ye are to whom ye obey, whether it be of sinne vnto death, or of obedience vnto righteousnesse?
6:17But God be thanked, that ye haue beene the seruants of sinne, but yee haue obeyed from the heart vnto the forme of the doctrine, wherunto ye were deliuered.
6:18Being then made free from sinne, yee are made the seruants of righteousnesse.
6:19I speake after the maner of man, because of the infirmitie of your flesh: for as yee haue giuen your members seruants to vncleannes and to iniquitie, to commit iniquitie, so now giue your mebers seruants vnto righteousnesse in holinesse.
6:20For when ye were the seruants of sinne, ye were freed from righteousnesse.
6:21What fruit had ye then in those things, whereof ye are nowe ashamed? For the ende of those things is death.
6:22But now being freed from sinne, and made seruants vnto God, ye haue your fruit in holines, and the end, euerlasting life.
6:23For the wages of sinne is death: but the gift of God is eternall life, through Iesus Christ our Lord.
