Psalms - Chapter: 126

126:1When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.
126:2Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them.
126:3The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.
126:4Turn again our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the south.
126:5They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
126:6He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

 

126:1A song of degrees, or Psalme of David. When ye Lord brought againe the captiuitie of Zion, we were like them that dreame.
126:2Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with ioye: then sayd they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them.
126:3The Lord hath done great things for vs, whereof we reioyce.
126:4O Lord, bring againe our captiuitie, as the riuers in the South.
126:5They that sowe in teares, shall reape in ioy.
126:6They went weeping and caried precious seede: but they shall returne with ioye and bring their sheaues.
