Isaiah 32:1

הן לצדק ימלך מלך ולשׂרים למשׁפט ישׂרו׃

HE aquí que en justicia reinará un rey, y príncipes presidirán en juicio.

Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.
