Psalms - Chapter: 114

>
114:1When Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of strange language;
114:2Judah was his sanctuary, and Israel his dominion.
114:3The sea saw it, and fled: Jordan was driven back.
114:4The mountains skipped like rams, and the little hills like lambs.
114:5What ailed thee, O thou sea, that thou fleddest? thou Jordan, that thou wast driven back?
114:6Ye mountains, that ye skipped like rams; and ye little hills, like lambs?
114:7Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob;
114:8Which turned the rock into a standing water, the flint into a fountain of waters.

114:1When Israel went out of Egypt, and the house of Iaakob from the barbarous people,
114:2Iudah was his sanctification, and Israel his dominion.
114:3The Sea sawe it and fled: Iorden was turned backe.
114:4The mountaines leaped like rams, and the hils as lambes.
114:5What ailed thee, O Sea, that thou fleddest? O Iorden, why wast thou turned backe?
114:6Ye mountaines, why leaped ye like rams, and ye hils as lambes?
114:7The earth trembled at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Iaakob,
114:8Which turneth the rocke into waterpooles, and the flint into a fountaine of water.
